The best room temperature for mental fitness

A comfortable room temperature is important for both physical and mental well-being. Although individual preferences for temperature can vary widely, there is evidence that certain temperature ranges are optimal for mental performance and productivity.

High humidity can cause discomfort and make it difficult to concentrate, while poor air quality can affect respiratory function and cognitive performance. Adequate ventilation is also important to create a healthy indoor environment.
